研究领域 宽禁带半导体材料、金属纳米线功能材料,二维半导体薄层材料;新型深紫外LED、高灵敏探测器、多维传感器、智能器件、柔性可穿戴器件芯片及应用;先进纳米微观表征技术;生物蛋白质分子荧光材料研发;微观结构材料模拟计算等。
